We are delighted to announce that the City of Port Philip and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning have signed a long-term lease for Lady Forster Kindergarten to remain in its current location!
The kindergarten’s lease has been extended to the end of 2029 and we are grateful for Council’s support of our kindergarten. LFK Committee members have worked hard advocating for the kindergarten’s ongoing occupation of the site and we are thankful for the support of Amy, Romany, Julianne and many more of our families in these endeavours, spanning several years. Local politicians have advocated on behalf of LFK for an extended, renewed lease, recognising the benefits of a community kindergarten providing high quality education and care with a coastal setting and abundant natural spaces at its doorstep.
We look forward to continuing to offer local children an immersive nature experience at our wonderful ‘Kindergarten by the Bay’
