Please fill in the form below if you would like your child to be added to the waiting list to attend Lady Forster Kindergarten. Alternatively, you can also download an electronic copy of the form and return to the kindergarten. Please be aware this is NOT an enrolment or guarantee of a place at LFK! There are times when demand for places exceeds the number of places we have available to offer and so we cannot offer a place to every child on our waiting lists, In light of this, please consider adding your child to other kindergarten waiting lists as well as our lists at LFK.
IMPORTANT:
Please read the ‘Guide for Prospective Families’ before completing a waiting list form for your child. There have been important changes to the funding and delivery of early childhood programs which may affect your selections of programs/years in our Waiting List Form. These changes are explained in more detail in this Guide and you may find general information and links that are helpful to you as you plan your child’s kindergarten journey.
