Our Constitution
As an Incorporated Association, the kindergarten operates under a ‘Constitution’ also known as the ‘Rules’ of the Association. The Constitution provides the framework to guide the operation of our Association. A constitution should be a ‘living document’ and be reviewed from time-to-time to ensure that it reflects the contemporary governance practices and the goals and directions of the association.
